As a nonprofit professional who had recently read "Good to Great" I was excited to read this follow up monograph. I found the insights to be invaluable but wish it had been longer as I would love to learn more about how to apply the G2G principles in the nonprofit sector. This book is really a couple of chapters that should be read along with the original book. For someone like me who is running a not-for-profit, it gives a lot to think about. How do we measure not-for
